Mercy Eke was criticized after winning the fourth season of Big Brother Naija and making it back to the all-star season.
Some viewers of the show were adamantly opposed to her winning the competition a second time.
The reality star, however, has been backed by Nollywood actress Anita Joseph, who denounced people who were against her victory and questioned whether it was wrong for her to win BBNaija All Stars a second time.
Anita fiercely pushed Mercy Eke on her Instagram page as the reality program came to an end.
Unfortunately, a lot of people pointed out that Mercy Eke had previously won the competition and that other competitors should thus be given a chance to shine, which led to the actress receiving harsh criticism.
Anita Joseph expressed her displeasure with the comments by wondering whether it is unlawful for Mercy Eke to win the competition again in a later post.
Anita Joseph fiercely defended Mercy, pleading with them to stop dividing people for the benefit of the reality show and questioning if they were God.
She prophesied that Mercy Eke would win the tournament and proclaimed her unshakable support for her.
